Soleil Woolard is a junior at Marshall University majoring in Multimedia Journalism with a minor in Spanish. From Mooresville, North Carolina, and raised in the Appalachian hills. Soleil works as one of the assistant editors to the Kelly Magazine at Marshall. Soleil hopes to find themselves in path of life that allows for them to continue work that strives towards improving equality and social equity. In their little moments of free time, they snuggle up with a good book and their cat, Lewis. Soleil lives their life with nothing but a smile on their face and always likes to lend a hand wherever they’re needed.
