Flotsam River Circus, a traveling troupe that puts on what it calls “post-apocalyptic performances,” floated into Huntington’s Harris Riverfront Park for shows on Friday and Saturday nights, Aug. 29 and Aug. 30. After entertaining Huntingtonians, the troupe floated on downriver to Ironton, Ohio, on Sunday.
