13th Marshall Marathon set for Sunday
Marshall University’s 13th annual marathon will take place Sunday at 7 a.m.
The marathon is brought to the Huntington community by St. Mary’s Medical Center.
Both the marathon and half-marathon begin at 7 a.m. and conclude at 1 p.m. Participants running in the 5k race will begin their race at 7:15 a.m.
The marathon races consist of a two-loop course that both begin and end at 21st St. near the Joan C. Edwards Stadium.
Runners registered for the marathon can pick up their registration packets Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the St. Mary’s Conference Center, 2825 5th Avenue, Huntington, WV.
