Victoria’s Secret’s PINK Bus is coming to Marshall University’s campus Oct. 17 as a reward for the VS PINK Marshall line doing so well in its first year in the program.

Although many schools are awaiting a visit from the PINK Bus, Marshall was selected and squeezed into the schedule last minute.

Clara Maynard, Victoria’s Secret PINK campus representative for Marshall, said there are 100 schools in the Campus Rep program, but not every school gets the opportunity of having the PINK Bus make a visit. She said this is an exciting event for the program.

Marshall students will have the opportunity to shop new additions to the Marshall PINK Collegiate Collection.

“These are pieces that aren’t even in stores yet and will be 20 percent off,” Maynard said.

Apparel and sports bras from PINK’s new active line will also be available.

Maynard said it is no surprise for her that the collegiate collection has done so well.

“I think students love to rep their school in styles that are more fun than what you would find in your average university’s bookstore,” Maynard said.

The PINK Bus will be on Buskirk Field from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
