MUPD reports domestic violence
The Marshall University Police Department received report of domestic battery Tuesday, Oct. 25.
A female victim came into MUPD claiming a male suspect had poured an unknown substance onto her person, the result of a verbally abusive conversation.
“If anyone feels as if they have been a part of domestic violence, they should contact the department immediately,” said Chief Jim Terry of MUPD. “Our goal is to keep campus safe.”
According to MUPD, the case has been closed.
