Kyra Biscarner is a senior double majoring in broadcast journalism and political science from the Great Lake State of Michigan. Much like Leslie Knope, her favorite things in life are news, politics and waffles. After graduation, she plans to move to Washington, D.C. to work on Capitol Hill in communications.
